Welcome to Quiz Challenge. By accessing or using our website and participating in the quiz (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. User Registration and Account

To fully participate in our quiz and appear on the leaderboard, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities that occur under your account.

2. Rules of Conduct and Participation

You agree to participate in the quiz fairly and ethically. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification or account termination:

• Using any automated script, bot, or third-party software to answer questions.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for a single individual.
• Sharing quiz answers or collaborating with others to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or system errors.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward other participants or administrators.

3. Scoring, Leaderboards, and Fair Play

Scores are calculated based on the rules displayed within the quiz and recorded for leaderboard purposes. Scores shown on the leaderboard are considered final. We reserve the right to adjust or remove any score suspected of violating these Terms or fair-play principles.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Service, including but not limited to quiz questions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of mediapaou.com and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Mediapaou, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Mediapaou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Goodwill Rewards

From time to time, Mediapaou may, at its sole discretion, offer small tokens of appreciation, such as digital gift cards, to active participants. These goodwill rewards are voluntary, non-guaranteed, and are not considered contests, sweepstakes, or promotional draws. Participation in the quiz is always free, and rewards are not awarded by random chance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only basic data such as your username, email address, and quiz performance in order to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

11. Language

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and French versions of these Terms, the French version shall prevail.
